PRIZE CONDTIONS: By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. The potential Winner must sign and return to the Administrator, within five (5) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity in order to claim the Prize.
