4. PRIZE AND ODDS: The award of a prize is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize includes 2026 Jeep Wrangler 2 Door Sport (manufacturer's suggested retail price of no more than $40,625) (the “Grand Prize” or “Vehicle”). If the Jeep Wrangler model selected by Sponsor has, a manufacturer's suggested retail price of less than $40,625, the Grand Prize Winner will NOT receive the difference in prize value. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specified herein. The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from the dealership designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for arranging shipping, if any, to Grand Prize Winner's place of residence. The Grand Prize Winner must a have valid U.S. driver's license and evidence of legally required insurance to take delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery of the Vehicle; delivery is subject to availability. The Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials and may be substituted for an alternate vehicle, make or model at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Vehicle's color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $40,625. This is an estimated value only. If the actual value of the prize is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. The prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes on the prize value awarded and for all costs and expenses not specified herein. The participant selected as the Grand Prize Provisional Winner (as defined in Section 5) will be required to provide his/her valid Social Security Number to Sponsor for tax purposes and/or complete an IRS W-9 form in order to claim the prize. As a condition of receiving a prize, the Provisional Winner will be required to complete, sign and have notarized an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release or similar documents as outlined by Sponsor and except where prohibited by law, a publicity release, which must be returned via email, overnight mail or hand delivery within forty-eight (48) hours of the date stamp of Sponsor's notification email. Failure of the Provisional Winner to timely sign and return any required documents or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or failure of the Provisional Winner to claim the prize or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute Provisional Winner. Additional Grand Prize Eligibility: In addition to the general eligibility requirements set forth above, the Provisional Winner must also consent to a confidential background check, including a review of social media accounts, in order to claim the prize If a background check reveals that the Provisional Winner has engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation of Sponsor or any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the Provisional Winner may be disqualified. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
