VIII. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner receiving a Prize valued over $600.00 is required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Prize Acceptance Release”) and return it within five (5) days of notification. Winner may also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver’s license or birth certificate as proof of age and residence. V. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) is randomly selected on or about October 24, 2026, by a third-party administrator (“the Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two (2) calendar days of the initial notification, or does not respond with complete contact information as requested by voice message, or whose phone provider indicates that the phone number is invalid or unable to receive the communication (even if ultimately delivered thereafter), or found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Registration requires a Participant’s full name, complete mailing address, phone number (used for winner contact only), e-mail address and date of birth. All purchased merchandise will be processed via an approved credit card transaction. A Participant receives the number of Entries (“Entry(ies)”) based on the merchandise item(s) featured and their price point. The Sponsor’s purchase agreement/receipt is required to be completed and the transaction paid and closed during the Promotion Period. The name of the person appearing on the purchase receipt and/or signed purchase agreement is entered into the Sweepstakes database. All orders are required to be placed through the Sponsor's Website. IV. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: An individual is deemed a Participant (“Participant” or “you”) in the Sweepstakes if eligible as per Eligibility requirements (Section III) and enters the Sweepstakes using at least one (1) of three (3) following methods of entries: 1.) All purchased merchandise will be processed via an approved credit card transaction. A Participant receives the number of Entries (“Entry(ies)”) based on the merchandise item(s) featured and their price point. The Sponsor’s purchase agreement/receipt is required to be completed and the transaction paid and closed during the Promotion Period. Those who enter by AMOE during specified Bonus Entry Periods (“Bonus Entry Periods”), are required to follow the aforementioned mail-in submission process and handwrite the promoted Bonus Multiplier Number with X (example 20X) plus the Bonus Shopping announcement date, with at least one (1) product name and the price of a featured item. The Grand Prize includes $3,000 cash in the form of a check. Total Grand Prize Pool is $36,000.00 (USD). The value of the Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. VIII. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner receiving a Prize valued over $600.00 is required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Prize Acceptance Release”) and return it within five (5) days of notification. Winner may also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver’s license or birth certificate as proof of age and residence. A Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before a Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. Parents or legal guardians of the Grand Prize Winner under the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) may be required to also sign the Prize Acceptance Release in order for the Grand Prize Winner to receive their Prize. The Prize Acceptance Release is subject to verification by Sponsor. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of a Winner, the parent or legal guardian of the Winner who is under the age of majority in their state of residence. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected for the Prize at issue.

VII. PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, taxes, rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize, at its sole discretion, with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Prize (or any component thereof) is not available. All decisions by Sponsor as to the Winner and the Prize are final. Prize is not exchangeable or transferable. The Boat has color, features and options as chosen by Sponsor. The Prize will be executed in the name of the Winner and the Winner assumes all responsibilities associated with the Prize and is required to execute any documents necessary to take title to such Prize. The Sponsor’s Prize does not include boat license, registration fees or applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner is responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the Prize, including but not limited to boat license (where required), personal injuries, property damage and death to third parties, insurance, fuel, routine maintenance, excess wear & tear or damage to the Prize and all applicable taxes, including income taxes. There are no additional warranties on the Prize except as may be offered by the manufacturer. THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE BOAT, ACCESSORIES, MOTOR AND TRAILER. Any difference between stated ARV value and the actual value will not be awarded. An unclaimed Prize will not be awarded. Prize award shall be made as soon as practical, but in no event more than eight (8) weeks after the winner executes the Prize Claim Documents (as defined in Section VIII). Winner, with a valid driver’s license will be responsible for picking up the Prize at a location as specified by the Sponsor and may be required to participate in a photo and video op of the Prize award. After the Prize presentation and photo op, Winner can decide how the Prize will be delivered to his/her location of choice. If Winner chooses to have the Prize towed to the Winner’s location of choice, the Winner will be required to cover the towing fee.
